Need help deciding on a Riding Mower?

I have this 1988 Wheelhorse tractor with an B&S 8hp engine and a single blade mowing deck. Its a small tractor, but I am able to squeeze in between tight areas and I am able to store it no problem in my small garage. Well, the other day i took off the mowing deck to sharpen the blade and noticed a pin hole in the deck from rust.
